Delivery & Assembly White Glove Service:

Warehouse Pickup:

Save additional 5% off entire order on furniture items, when you pick up your furniture order at our warehouse/showroom.

  • Merchandise may be picked up at our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. You will receive an email confirmation stating the date your merchandise will be available for pick-up.
  • We do not move your previous old furniture, so make sure area space is cleared when the delivery team arrives at scheduled time, make sure your home available to received furniture order.

Day of Your Delivery:

It is your responsibility to ensure that furniture items will fit through all doorways, up stairwells, down halls, and around corners into the desired location. If Easy 2 get Furniture is unable to deliver your regular stock furniture to the desired location, you will be charged a 20% restock fee in accordance with our return policy. For any circumstance that may involve a tight fit, the driver may request that you sign a damage waiver prior to attempting delivery.

Please notify EZ 2 Get Furniture of any special requirements in order to successfully complete your delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, requesting smaller trucks to navigate narrow roads, driveways or other obstacles that may impede an easy delivery, informing us of restricted delivery time frames due to local ordinances, needing to provide proof of insurance for high rise and condominium buildings and service elevator reservations. Orders that are cancelled or rescheduled due to special requirements not communicated prior to delivery will be charged the appropriate fees.

An authorized adult must be home during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your items and sign the delivery ticket. If no authorized adult is home to receive your scheduled delivery, you will be charged a second delivery fee to reschedule a second delivery. If you are unable to receive your delivery photo as a proof of delivery.

You are responsible for protecting your floors from damage by laying rugs, blankets, or cardboard down prior to delivery. Easy 2 get Furniture will not be responsible for any subsequent damage to any flooring. Our delivery personnel are not permitted to move furniture that are presently in your home, nor are they allowed to move or set up electrical equipment.

We will contact you by email to confirm the delivery date and a 6-hour delivery window. If you need to change your delivery date after you've confirmed the delivery schedule, please send the email to our customer service at least 2 business days prior to your scheduled delivery date, or you will be charged for an additional delivery.

You will receive a call before our driver leaves our warehouse for your delivery from one of our delivery associates. Make sure someone over 18 years old is at the residence at time of delivery. We hire qualified professionals that will take care of your furniture, so please remove any obstacles that could be in their way.

Changing Delivery Date:

If change is needed for delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] no later than the day before your scheduled delivery to reschedule. If our delivery team arrives and you are not available for delivery of your merchandise and our delivery team has to return for a second time you must reschedule for a different day and pay a $50 fee. Please make sure you call or email us as soon as you know you will not be available for the delivery of your furniture.

Damaged Item:

If upon opening a box you notice a manufacture defect on any item or missing pieces, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your invoice number and pictures of the defective items. We understand instances although rare may accord, so please be patient and we will try to resolve this situation as soon as possible, you have up to 5 days to notify [email protected] of any defect or missing pieces. Make sure you keep the original box since we will need to take these items in its original packaging to get a replacement.

When assembling your furniture, be sure to always follow the easy instructions manual, to prevent any wrong assembling. We do not make exchanges for misassembled items.

If your item needs assembly you will be notified during the confirmation of your order. Please note that if delivery is required you need to allow an extra 2 – 3 days for your furniture to be available for pick up.


If client must return furniture there will be a restocking fee of 20%, not including the delivery.
